If it is your first time at our cable park, you must fill and sign a liability waiver (provided in the from below). You will not need to submit the form again when you visit us in the future.
To simplify the process and not hinder your session time and that of other clients, the liability waiver should be submitted in advance.
It is not allowed to climb the cable park system's towers;
Avoid standing near the towers while the system is running;
It is not allowed to walk on the lake's margins that are not protected with artificial grass;
Only one rider is allowed on the water during the sessions and the lake is not intended for any other activities (eg diving, swimming, etc.);
Always follow the staff and operator's instructions;
Do not distract the operator;
Do not bring glass objects to the cable park;
WPA is not responsible for the improper use of its equipment;
Smoking inside the cable park's premises is strictly prohibited.
We recommend that you schedule your session in advance, such as filling out the liability waiver, through our website;
The practice of Wakeboard can, eventually, imply the occurrence of accidents and, consequently, of injuries, as the risk of using the system is of the rider’s responsibility. It is therefore mandatory to fill out a liability waiver signed by the riders before starting the practice;
Also, for minors, Wakeboarding will only be allowed after submitting the signed liability waiver by the legal guardian;
Please arrive at the cable park 20 minutes before your session;
Instruction is mandatory on your first day at the cable park as well as on your first day with the obstacles;
Riders must be competent swimmers;
The use of protective helmet and vest is mandatory, regardless of the experience shown by the rider;
Riders should inform the staff of any disabilities, injuries or health problems that could compromise the Wakeboard practice;
Riders must not be under the influence of alcohol or any psychoactive substances;
The ingestion of food is not advisable 2-3 hours before your session, particularly in the winter, when the water in the lake is colder;
You must drop the handle when you fall or when you want to stop;
The time spent by the customer preparing for the practice will be accounted as session time if the scheduled period has begun.
Before using the cable park features, riders must be able to perform the following maneuvers while maintaining control of the board:
Move the board in both directions (both left and right) by making a constant aggressive “carv”;
Invert direction at both ends of the Cable;
Jump without using the features (Ollie);
While riding, invert the position of the board (switch) and return to the initial position;
Ride switch for at least 100 meters;
Invert from the normal position to switch (and vice versa) in ollie (180º).
When you fall into the water, during practice:
Make the thumbs up gesture for 1 second to inform the operator that you are okay;
If you are not close to the handle, swim to the center of the path and hold the handle that will be placed close to you by the operator;
Before starting, make sure the cable is not wrapped around any part of your body;
Make the thumbs upgesture for 1 second to let the operator know that he can start the system;
Keep calm and assess your condition;
If you think you can independently rescue yourself using the cable system, continuously wave a hand at the operator and grab the handle. The operator will start the system at low speed, slowly pulling you up to the water exit ramp. if you can, take the board off previously, which will facilitate your towing;
If you find that you cannot rescue yourself using the cable system, wave at the operator with both hands and then remain still. This signal triggers an emergency procedure and the staff will come to your rescue.
